White on White

Skirt: LOFT // Tank: F21 // Blouse: Francesca's (old) // Shoes: Guess via Bloomingdales // Necklace: Honestly WTF x BaubleBar // Earrings: Lauren Ralph Lauren // Watch: MK // Rings: David Yurman, gifted // Headband: Nordstrom (old) // Sunnies: Colors in Optics

White on White is a big trend this season and I for one, am very excited about this! I'm a HUGE fan of white, I could easily wear it everyday (regardless of the season)... and pretty much do. There's something so clean and elegant about it, almost like no matter what you're wearing, you will look effortlessly classic and chic. I recently bought this skirt at LOFT - great for the office and for play - and decided to pair it with this white blouse from Francesca's that I bought a year or two back. I kept with neutrals and threw on these Guess heels, that I wear A TON (see here, here, and here), and tortoise (my absolute fav) accessories, along with some bedazzled baubles. I snagged this headband in the kids section at Nordstrom and it's easily one of my favorites... such a great find. Never underestimate the cute stuff kids sections can have!

Also, if you haven't had a chance to check out the Honestly WTF x BaubleBar collection... it's a must!

Happy Friday!! Xo

Knotted

Dress as skirt: LOFT (old) // Shirt: Gap // Shoes: J. Crew // Bag: 3.1 Phillip Lim // Necklace: LOFT (old) // Watch: MK // Bracelet: Kate Spade // Sunnies: Colors in Optics

I decided to remix a lovely dress from LOFT by throwing on this classic button down from Gap (last seen here) and knotting it at the waist! I love the pleated bottom of the dress and funny enough, everyone at the office kept complimenting my "skirt". I guess my outfit remix really worked!

Pleats are easy breezy for the warm months and are also comfy to wear at the office all day. I jazzed up the outfit with my fav pink heels from J. Crew - they make all the statement I need, so I went easy on the jewelry!

Hope you all have a great day! Xo

Reverse Dots

Dress: ASOS // Shoes: Vince Camuto via Nordstrom Rack // Clutch: American Apparel // Watch: MK // Bracelet: J. Crew Factory // Rings: NOVICA, gifted // Sunnies: Ray-Ban // Nails: Essie Naughty Nautical

I've had this dress in my "Saved Items" cart on ASOS for a while now... and it finally went on sale a few weeks back! So, of course, I didn't hesitate to move it to "My Cart" and quickly snatched it up! It's so cute and a great quality dress. I can see this being a constant go-to for those warm days that you just want to throw something on, keep cool, and still look put together. I also found these Vince Camuto wedges this past weekend at Nordstrom Rack and I'm SO happy I snagged them! They are super comfy (as are all Vince Camuto shoes - I highly recommend them) and easily wearable with just about anything. I especially love the metallic gold strap... it just adds a little glam to the shoe and outfit.

Just an FYI, if you haven't bought anything from ASOS before and you're planning on it, I definitely suggest buying a size up - everything seems to run small, at least for me!

Kind of DYING over these shorts.
Loving these strappy sandals.

For some light and fashionable reading.
These vintage earrings are a classic.
This pattern and color scheme.
A golf ball inspired crossbody - YES!

Violet

Dress: LOFT // Shoes: Zara // Bag: Tory Burch // Watch: MK // Necklace: NYLASTAR // Bracelets: J. Crew, J. Crew Factory // Sunnies: Colors in Optics

I picked up this beautiful dress from LOFT for 40% off two weekends ago and I am in love, especially with the fit and neckline! It's perfect for work and for fun. Also, to say I'm obsessed with these heels I bought at Zara (during my last trip to NYC) would be an understatement. I think I've worn them 5 times in the past two weeks -  they are super comfy and super chic! I definitely went a little bold with this outfit by wearing two strong colors, so if you want to try something similar at home and the color combo together is a bit much for your taste, throw on a pair of nude pumps or pastel sandals and you'll be all set!

Happy Thursday! Xo

How to | Wear Crop Tops

Crop tops have been making quite the come back in the recent years and they can be prettyyy tricky to wear - an outfit can go downhill real quick if you do not know how to style them correctly! My best tip is to make sure there is balance in the outfit.

When trying to figure out what to pair your crop top with, my go-to would definitely be anything with a high-waist! If the top is going to be shorter, the skirt waist should be higher. My mind automatically went to pairing them with patterned and bright pencil skirts - basic on top and fun on the bottom, while keeping it all super chic!

If you feel like being a little bolder and showing a bit more skin, you could try pairing a crop top with a midi or skater skirt. The good thing about skater skirts is that they should sit around the waist, so you'll still have that balance in the outfit!

I bought these shorts from ASOS literally over 2 months ago and I am FINALLY able to wear them! I think these are the cutest things... Weekend Wish List

via
Happy Saturday! I hope you have some great plans for this lovely weekend - the rain has finally stopped here in MA and the sun is out! Before getting into what is on my wishlist for this weekend, can we just take a look at Blair Eadie's amazing Tory Burch dress (see above)?... how BEAUTIFUL! I love how she styled it with a white clutch and the striped flats! Make sure to check out Blair's blog if you haven't yet, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Here are a few things I'm currently coveting:

This dress is perfect for any summer occasion.
Pretty sure I need this silk cami and this sequin tee (and it's on sale!).
Loving these metallic shorts.
Dress up your keys with this cutie!
A great summer clutch (and able to be monogrammed = perfection).
The perfect everyday sandal.

I hope you all have a wonderful Father's Day tomorrow! Xo

The Usual

Shirt: Target // Jeans: Gap // Shoes: Enzo Angiolini via Bloomingdales // Bag: 3.1 Phillip Lim // Scarf: TJ Maxx // Watch: MK // Sunnies: Colors in Optics

Well everyone, here it is, my usual attire on weekends! And my hair... au natural...  this is the craziness that I rock most of the time. I noticed that I usually have straight hair in all of my outfit pics and I wanted to show you all the real me!

I am such a jeans and a T kind of girl (see here, here, and here), especially on the weekends.  It's so easy, classic, and chic. Also, it's the kind of outfit that is perfect to transition from day to night with a change of shoes and some added accessories - you can always throw on fun shoes, a colored scarf, statement necklace, or a bold lip to jazz it up!

Happy Monday! Xo

Blazer: F21 // Tank: F21 // Jeans: Gap (now on sale!) // Shoes: Zara // Bag: 3.1 Phillip Lim // Necklace: Nordstrom (old) // Watch: MK // Bracelet: TJ Maxx // Rings: gifted, Anna Beck // Sunnies: Colors in Optics

Happy Thursday! I was feeling superrrr colorful last (Casual) Friday and decided to wear this ensemble to work! I last wore these jeans (seen here) when it was a bit colder out, so I'm glad I can finally wear them with some of my Spring/Summer pieces! I'm also obsessed with my new heels from Zara (yes... 1 of the 3 new pairs I bought while in NYC - see one of the other pairs here!). Not only are they super colorful and fun, but wonderfully comfortable... and no, I'm not just saying that.

Hope you all have a great day! Xo

Maxi

Dress: Piperlime // Shoes: Zara // Bag: 3.1 Phillip Lim // Watch: MK // Bracelets: J. Crew, J. Crew Factory, Kate Spade // Rings: David Yurman, gifted // Sunnies: Colors in Optics

Happy Monday everyone! When I was in NYC over Memorial Day Weekend, I finally made it down to the Piperlime store in Soho (quite an amazing place)! I found this to-die-for maxi dress while there and HAD to have it! I'm obsessed with the pleats and the print on it - can never go wrong with tassels! I alsooo picked up these strappy sandals from Zara while in NYC... along with 2 other pairs... (it was quite the shopping weekend)! The great thing about Maxis is that you can dress them up or down accordingly. Dress it down with sandals and a tote for a day out-and-about, dress it up for a wedding or special event with simple heels and a chic clutch, or mix it up for a night out with wedges and a shoulder bag... the outfit possibilities are endless!
